I am hopping mad with the City of Atlanta... I received a letter for the City of Atlanta to register my Alarm system in my house from the City of Atlanta False Alarm Reduction Program. Just after I filled out the form and send it to them.. They send me a whooping bill of $225.00 and I had no idea about the law! When I called them and I explained that I had no idea about this law and why wasnt I notified when this law was created. The dumb women said to me that it is not the obligation of the City of Atlanta to inform the citizen of the City of new law that was created! If that is the rule of City of Atlanta then I feel that I have no obligation to pay that fine! What does the City of Atlanta think... Money grows on tree....!!!
