Even your doctor pays: Income tax Property tax EMIs on loans Interest on loans PF ESI Corporation tax Pollution Board fees Rents Electricity bills and Generator fuels. Salaries and Bonuses AMC fees Water and Sewerage tax Insurance on property and indemnity Company board fees Auditor fees Quality audits Maintenance cost Depreciation Project costs. Marketing costs Travel costs Government Agencies for Fire and many such things. Licenses for every thing....and many more like any business. On top of it we deal with problematic patients and VIPs who refuse to pay and sometimes we are forced to write it off.... Now how different is ours from any damn industry?
