I am in a lovely house at the back of the cathedral. We are looking somebody to take over for us. It is rented through an agency who are very reasonable and easy to get on with. It is a 3 bed terrace, open plan kitchen, utility, lounge and dining room. Theres a downstairs guest toilet and an upstairs shower room. The bedrooms are all off hallway, 2 double and a single. The tenancy does allow you to sublet a room should you choose to. Really lovely house but having to move to be nearer family. there is a garden with high fences and a side entry through passageway with secure gate. Not overlooked. Permit parking thats not a struggle to find a spot and 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins to castle mall. Really lovely living space and just minutes away from norwichs nightlife, convenience stores and the city centre. Message me if interested. Thanks.
