I am in need of a few things - 1. an electric dryer; and 2 - I am looking for someone to do some repairs to on or both of my vehicles. I have LOTS to trade...(If there is something in particular you are looking for just ask - I may have it.) I also own a small, yet almost famous, restaurant and would be willing to trade gift certificates or even cater an event depending on what we can work out. These 2 things are at the top of my willing to trade list. I have a 55 Gallon (most recently set up as salt water) fish tank, with pine cabinet/stand, hoods, lights and under-gravel filters. (I believe I have a regular filter as well). I have the coral decorations, etc. The only thing its missing is the fish (and well...water lol) For anyone interested and capable of doing the work on my vehicles - I have a 1966 AMC Rambler with 37,000 (or 34,000) original miles, ALL ORIGINAL - even the rims - original color - engine runs great! Mostly needs cosmetic work but with a gas tank (or a fuel cell) and brakes, it will drive down the road. ALL original - I also have EVERY piece of paper, sales brochure, ownership card, repair manuals, (I even have the original paint swatches for the colors that YM&M were produced - you know so if there a paint repair needed the color would be easily matched and accurate) and some extra parts to go with it. Lastly, I have a house in the city (its not the best neighborhood) - a 3 bedroom stone ranch, with garage, driveway, and very large mostly fenced in yard. The property was vandalized while I was hospitalized and needs work, some of which I am willing to help do (i.e. the plumbing). The roof is only 5 years old, at which time we also had the driveway widened and repaved, the garage door replaced, and the front stairs replaced. I lived in the house for 7-8 years and had it completely restored at one point but then I rented it out (MISTAKE) and evicted for non-payment which upset the tenant (who did most of the vandalism.) The hot water heater and furnace both work fine. Its not completely empty but it is a project house. I have it listed right now for the value of the land, but would be willing to trade the deed (there is no mortgage) if I could get a few things I desperately need (besides cash - LOL!)
