I am in need of someone to take over my apartment as of November 1st. They are lake countys newest apartments and are fairly new! The apartment has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have large walk in closets. There is a separate (utility room) with a washer and drier that comes with the apartment. All appliances come along as well. It is a private entry suite on the 2nd floor but you have nobody above you and it is very nice and quiet. The facility offers a free 24 hour gym and free tanning bed as well as a pool and playground. We are moving because we are buying a house and need someone to take over our apartment but start your own new lease. Rent is anywhere from $1,000- 1,2000 a month. If you have roommates thats ($300-400 a person) dont know exactly what your rent would be unless you talk to the leasing office. We are also offering $300 on move in day towards your first months rent or whatever you choose to use it for! If anyone is interested please message me. Thank you!
