I am intent, insya Allah, that when my own structure is established, senior leaders esp. top mgmt wash the toilets of the premises at least once a month. If the people at the top are unwilling or worse still incapable of doing a seemingly easy task then how can we expect them to firstly, honor and respect the members of the organisation that while may be under their command are the very people that they serve. And if incapable, with exclusion of disability and/or illness, how then can we expect them to run an organisation of any size! The exercise is a reminder of humility, gratitude,excellence (in the things we do) , hunger (for the things to achieve) , thankfullness (for that we already have) and yes satisfaction (i do find cleaning my toilets theraputic!) May Allah bless us with right guidance, knowledge & its requisite action, health and well being and the courage amd wisdom to attempt to emulate the life of His beloved Rasul s.a.w
