I am just going to say this....this entire black puffer coat situation is ridiculous ! I wanted to order it last week with gymbucks! One of my gymbucks would not work (another story) so I went to order it anyhow and of course there were none to be had! I have called multiple stores! Even emailed Gymboree customer service, they sent me a list of stores that had them in stock! So I started calling them tonight, first 2....no luck! The third one, oh, we didnt get those. Hmmm I explained about the email, oh, let me ask my manger after a long wait she comes back.....I am sorry, they are all on hold. REALLY? I said. To the same person? YES! I am sorry, that is just unacceptable! Called the next store, she went to check and never came back? Phone is still busy! Ummm even 50 minutes later! Guess she is not coming back!
