I am leasing an apartment in University Village, on Call street, for the months on June (still tentative if it will be the full month or only half a month), July and August. The apartment is a 4/2, my roommates are very nice, and it has its own washer and drier. The price monthly $494 + electricity (the cable, sewer, water and internet bills are covered in the 494). The complex’s amenities include a swimming pool, study areas, a small gym and free printing. The apartment is walking distance from school (around .5 of a mile so just a 5 – 10 minute walk) and is on the FSU bus route, 4 different buses stop by the complex including the Night Nole. The location is walking distance (less than 2 minutes) from a lot of local hot spots such as Proof, Chick Fil A, AJ’s, Coliseum, and right across the street from Chipotle!!!
