I am leaving Taiwan at the 17th of december and I am searching for someone who wants to take over my nice room in an amazing shared apartment. This is a 7 room shared flat close to Metro Gongguan and Taipower Building Station. There are a modern living room with TV & sofa, 1.5 bathrooms (2 toilets & 1 shower), a fully equipped kitchen, and a back balcony for laundry. At the moment the apartment is very international with 2 Dutch, 1 Spanish, 1 Finnish, 1 French, 1 Austrian and 1 German person. All of them are students. But everyone is going to leave in the end of January as well. The leasing contract is in English and the landlord is really helpful. The room is fully furnished and the apartment is fully equipped. All costs (wifi, electricity, water) are included in the rent. There is even someone coming to clean the flat every 2 weeks. The rent is 11500 NT per month. Deposit is 2 months rent.
