I am looking at this cooler ....on the factory cooler that came out in 84 I Believe....there was a shroud around it...it blocked off the top and sides so the air comming in had no place to go but through the cooler....up on top of the cooler there was a rubber gasket to make it air tight against the fender....make sense to me....I think I could fab up one out of black plastic...OH...NO...you mean I have to fab up more brackets?? It would seem so....There will be 4 bolts up on that top bracket maybe I could support it with those bolts....just like a real radiator ...There is 4 bolts on the bottom bracket too...OK....now we are talking...once the cooler is bolted in and tightened up it should not be too hard to do...I mean it will just be plastic right...not much weight to that....Looks like I might have to move that new horn somewhere else If I want an air chamber on the front side of the cooler....
