I am looking for an experienced quiet sharer for my 6yo ex racer. Manny is gem to own and you couldnt ask for a horse with better ground manners. He is loveable and affectionate. I have owned Manny for a year now and rescued him from an unknowledgeable person, when he came to me he was severly under weight, had a broken nose, synastitis, chronic mud fever and the same racing plated that he had on for 6months, Due to these issues i only started riding him properly about 5 months ago. He is forward going but safe (although he is a young ex racer and can have his moments as they all can) In the school he is starting to work well in an outline and can walk trot and canter without any issues he has just started going over poles on the ground and raised to work towards jumping and is taking it in his stride. Out on hacks manny is great in company but in the winter can have some exciteable moments as they are only turned out on the hard stand (this includes jogging some bunny hopping and the odd buck but can all be avoided if you lunge first) Manny will hack alone hesitantly and is spooky and silly at times but it is something we are working on. I am looking for someone to share my special boy as I also have a young anglo arab ready to be broken in and need to concentrate my time on her, with this in mind i am haopy for someone sharing to ride as many times a week as they wish or as little.
