I am maintaining WeightNot Member Message: I lost a total of 34 pounds off of my 5-10 frame through the WeightNot program. I am now eating about 2,400 high-quality calories a day, I have increased my exercise intensity (alternating a 45 min.-1 hour circuit strength training workout one day with running 3-6 miles the following day - while still walking sufficiently such that I am still getting my 10,000 steps in daily). I have increased my muscle mass and I am maintaining my weight, my waist has reduced an additional 1/2 since completing WeightNot. -Steve
