I am most frustrated at the service and billing of this company. I have written on this page even in the past and except lip sympathy and promises, nothing much has happened. This is all about 98 101 11446 and a trip to Turkey for 2 days costing Rs 42000 and no bill details are being provided. I have asked for a representative to visit me and explain, I get a promise that some one is coming at 4.30 pm and then get a mail at 4.04 pm that the person is not able to reach my land line ( 99 lines ) and the matter is kept in abeyance. They provide me a bill on excel sheet , after several askings, and that bill includes a charge of Rs 90 for a call that 98 101 11446 has made to 98 101 11446. I am left with no choice but to report to Turkey Service Provider on the authenticity of the bill . Is consumer forum the only relief or should it not be Income Tax, CBI and FEMA as alot pf money must be being syphoned out of the country by these fake bills . Ds Nanda
