I am new rider and owner of this beautiful 1974 R75/6, so I have a problem that needs solving. Just recently the oil light has come on, its really really dim and I can only see it at night. During the daytime the light only comes on when the idle is really low. I do realize this is probably an oil pressure issue. And that makes me nervous, I am not running the bike until I get this straightened out. So I was hoping for an easy fix. Does anyone know if this could just be electrical or the pressure switch going bad? Or am I looking at replacing the oil pump? Thanks in advance.
