I am no longer an employee of XSport Fitness (I resigned for multiple reasons. There is nothing wrong with the gym itself.), but I am currently a member. So, if anyone needs help at the gym and Im available, Im more than happy to help. Just remember I CANT train you because of their policies and the fact that Im not certified yet (soon!). With that said, I will not be taken advantage of. Please dont blow up my phone with questions or ask me to put together a program for you. I only feel the need to say this because its happened before. Everyone has internet access and, if you truly feel the need for a trainer, theyre never free. I really do want everyone to be happy and successful, no matter what your goal is.
