I am not a fan of shahrukh khan the actor but I admire a lot shahrukh the presenter and entrepruener. He is the most sucessful actor -entrepruener in india. Few facts I like abt his leadership are 1. His Business cards does not hold any designation in it. 2. Sources say shahrukh the leader biggest plus is he appoints right people at right position 3 he does not boss the technical or operations of the Businesses he leaves it to the right people. What I have understood in general is that leading ur Business or team is not necessarily related to your educational certificates or "the additional intials you have after your name " its all about little basics like knowing understanding and giving right space for people whom you deal or work with ... The best education I would like to give my child is that " your not known by the university you studied but the person your from your intellectual thoughts which you can get only from real world
