I am not the first person to say this, but it has been on my mind so I would like to open up a discussion. Most people dont seem to have any problem with morality. Most people encourage it or at least try to emulate it when theyre feeling up to it. Ive actually never met someone who discourages morality or encourages immorality. But a lot of people I have met (including comments from people online) have a problem with God, the concept of God, and/or what various religious followings and institutions have cultivated as far as a reputation. I would like to learn more about what any friends of mine on here see as the gap, disparity or disconnect between the two observations. I have my own thoughts and experiences, but I would like to primarily hear from others on this. Whether you are atheist, secular, Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu, anything of the sort or something completely different, you are welcome to share your words. All I ask is that people be respectful and not try to start a fire.
