I am performing Lat Pull Down in SYKZ Gym. Primary Muscles: Latissimus Dorsi, Secondary Muscles: Biceps. Sit facing machine with hands grasping overhead straight bar and torso angled back about 20 degrees. Your arms should be extended overhead with elbows soft. Grip should be slightly closer than shoulder width apart, palms facing each other. Depress your shoulder blades down and together and proceed to pull the overhead bar to the top of your chest. Keep elbows close to the body. Slowly return the bar to your starting position. 😎 PLEASE NOTE: Always train under an Experienced Certified Personal Trainer.
