I am pissed, really pissed at this dumb ass airline TRAVELSPAN........ Monday a close family friend was at JFK traveling to Guyana via TRAVELSPAN..... She spent 48 hrs there for TRAVELSPAN said, the plane did not have some plane PARTS....... Last night, I took my sister Elizabeth Russell Bagwandas to board said flight to Guyana, she is stuck there...... Prior to me taking her there, I called TRAVELSPAN several times confirming and re-confirming her flight. The IDIOTS said that the plane will definitely be leaving as scheduled and there was no reason on their part that it would not. I even explained to the IDIOTS that I do not live in NY and there is no way or no one to assist her in an event that anything like this happens, they assured me it will not. TRAVELSPAN, PLEASE CALL ME ASAP, I left my # on your vmail (347-238-2203/718-845-0437)...... You have until 10:30am to get me some answers or at least get her to a hotel so she can eat and be rested for whenever your damn flight ready to leave or put her on another airline heading to Guyana at your frigging expense. I am awaiting recordings and pictures of some of the employees there that are nothing but blatant LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
