I am promoting that We The People, should on the final Friday of the month, once in each calendar quarter weekend, to utilize each of the 36 square mile Congressional Townships in the USA, to convene a mass meeting of voters as a Federal Township Assembly, to: 1) Adopt the TEN MOST WANTED LAWS to be sent to that districts US Congressman or Congresswoman, and also that states two members of the US Senate, as the fervant demands of We The People, and; 2) To elect a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Clerk, Bursar (to receive administrative fines), Attorney, Constable (as the Assemblys sergeant at arms until a US Code is adopted defining elected Congressional Township Constables, and their Deputies Constable, as federal law enforcement officers as the US Highway Patrol,and Special Agents of the Federal Grand Jury authorized to submit criminal intelligence independent of the US Justice Dept.) and a Congressional Township Justice of the Peace (who shall function within the alternative administration of justice as an Arbitrator to resolve Congressional Township By-Law disputes through the arbitration process, until a future US Code provision empowers such a Congressional Township Justice of the Peace as a federal administrative law court judge authorized to conduct administrative law hearings to apply the local administrative rules adopted by the sessions of the Congressional Township Assembly, With the Congressional Township Attorney as Arbitral Prosecutor (until a US Code Is adopted empowering Congressional Township Attorneys power to prosecute Congressional Township Administrative Law violations before the Congressional Township Justice of the Peace, with power to also function as a standing Special Prosecutor in any US Court, particularly in matters of public corruption or treason-especially since corrupt administrations refuse to prosecute themselves, their cronies and their foreign and domestic contributors, ) as an expression of self-governance on the part if We The People, and also a federal law enforcement dagger aimed at the heart of a corrupt administration and a dysfunctional US Justice Department.
