I am reading G Elliot Smiths book The Royal Mummies from 1912. He did the original analysis of the body of KV55. Interestingly, he says the features bear no relation to Amenhotep III and is more reminiscent of Yuya. He calls the features Armenoid ie from Armenia. I know this is a long time ago but I find this extremely interesting. Also the skull indicates hydrocephalus. Of course, Smith thinks the body is Khouniatonou. So do I.
