I am really starting to feel like I am getting into my rhythm with the detox and its protocol, I am feeling the gentle yet powerful effects of it. I combined days four and five because I kept the times and what I ate basically identical. During the week Im so busy that I cant be bothered with preparing a zillion different things. So I stick to what I know, quick, easy, nutritious and of course, delicious meals. I am really feeling fantastic, full of energy and very clear in the head. My sleep has been fantastic and I have had no problem abstaining from my evening wine. I replaced it with a really great pot of tea with yummy essential oils added or a crisp Kombucha tea. I really feel the supplements that Do Terra provides are a crucial part of this.This detox is so gentle and user friendly, anyone can do it! The only thing different of day 4 and 5 is my exercise protocol. I havent felt like I have needed to modify them, quite the opposite, I feel amazingly energized and strong. Sunday, I had a long car ride, so I used that as my day off from exercising. Monday I did 40 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes on the stationary bike, evening I did some free weights, for arms and legs, followed by 40 minutes of yin yoga. Tuesday, I did 1 hour on my stationary bike, 20 minutes of core work and arms on my Pilates equipment ..and my evening 40 minutes of yoga. YES!!! I also, add in different essential oils during the day to help with mood function,chakra balance, stress and internally taken. 7:00 am- fresh water with on drop lemon, grapefruit, sweet orange and digezen essential oil to rehydrate and stimulate digestion and liver. 7:05- 1 Alpha CRS, 1 VEO Mega and 1 Microplex VMz- aids in cellular and digestive support 7:30- 1 Terrazyme digestive enzyme complex- aids in digestion and proper assimilation of foods nutrients. 7:35- Vegan Slim and Sassy shake with Terra Greens added- 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 scoop of Terra greens for micronutrients,1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup fresh water- shake it up in a mason jar with a lid for one minute 8:30- 4 tablespoons full fat greek yogurt with flax seeds, almonds and pecans. drizzle of raw honey. 9:30- hour and a half workout 12:30- 1 glass fresh water with 2 drops Slim and Sassy oil and 2 drops Zendocrine oil for metabolism and aid in detoxification. 12:35- 1 Alpha CRS, 1 VEO Mega, 1 Microplex VMZ- aids cellular health and digestion 12:40- Slim and Sassy shake with almond milk, 1/2 apple with fresh almond butter 4:00- 1 Alpha CRS, 1 VEO Mega, 1 Microplex VMZ, Terrazyme- aids cellular health and digestion 6:30- 1 Terrazyme, 1PB Assist, dinner of large salad with greens, quinoa, tempeh, avocado, seeds, 3 akmak crackers with goat cheese. pot of herbal tea infused with ginger, lemon and peppermint essential oils, 5 dried organic apricots. 7:30- evening strength exercises, yin yoga 9:30- Off to bed, rub some Serenity oil on and pass out!
