I am reposting this because it is still a huge problem in Brazil. The colonist missionaries there are trying and often succeeding at convincing the colonist population that Indigenous people are frequently murdering their own babies and small children by burying them alive. They even faked a film that supposedly shows this happening. This incites hate against Indigenous people and also is helping to pass a bill giving the colonist government the right to take Indigenous babies and children from their families, all that is needed is a white person to claim the family or Tribe is committing harmful traditional practices. No actual proof or evidence needed. People wanting this law passed helped to fund this fake film and so did electric corporations that want the land in the Amazon rainforest these people live on. They want to put up multiple giant hydro-electric dams along the amazon river and its tributaries. The least you can do is go to the fake film (linked on this page) and let people know its fake and share this pages url in the comments. Chi Miigwech
