I am seeking Assembly candidates (can offer immediate hire) for a client in Onalaska, WI (La Crosse County). General Requirements: Basic Math and Computer Skills Ability to manually lift and move materials as required, up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for required periods of time (most of the day is spent standing) Ability to sit, push, pull, bend, lift walk, and follow directions. Ability to read and understand written instructions. Currently seeking Assembly Line and Sub Assembly help on 2nd shift (potential for 1st or 3rd shift as well) This position requires highly repetitive bench or line assembly operations to assemble and package units or subassemblies, meeting established production goals. Candidate will need to identify and tag defective parts and properly package finished goods. Must insure proper quantities of parts are maintained, replenishing parts or supplies or notifying proper personnel as necessary. Additionally, must be able to use hand tools including air wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, etc. This position is 2nd shift normally from 3:30 PM to 12 AM Monday through Friday. Throughout busier times, employees may be asked to work later or earlier during the week and possible over time on Saturdays as needs mandate. With perfect attendance, this position will pay $10.50 per hour on 2nd shift.
