I am setting up this website to inform the good folks of Forsyth Township, and especially those on Pike Lake, Crooked Lake, and Spring Lake to provide a Forum to share their experiences with the TAXMAN of Forsyth Township. This page is not for social interaction, but for serious discussion of property tax issues. I do this because my taxes have been wrong since I bought the place in 1992, and continue thru today wherein my Taxable Value has risen from $55,615 to $149,585 because I stained my rail last year, and asked for a Correct Address.
