I am shocked by the lack of help that my sons school is providing to look after my son who recently suffered multiple fractures on his arm because he was pushed down by a school bully. When I asked the school to give me the contact details of the bullys parents so that we could work on a resolution, they refused. They said that they do not usually give the contact details of other parents. The only reason I want to contact them is so that they are aware that their son is causing my son so much grief and so that they can do something about it because the school is obviously not doing enough.
