I am sitting near the camp ground office with Thyme and Rock. I just have to say it ... I simply can not believe how INCREDIBLE these two dogs are! 12hrs in a car, in and out in new places without so much as a whimper, waited patiently while I set up the tent and now lying quietly at my feet in The DARK as a dog barks in the distance. Having travelled with many dogs - this is completely amazing to me :) I am sooo grateful that I started out with a whole series of "complex" dogs; otherwise I would think this perfection was largely my doing LOL Instead I KNOW that genetics and picking the "just right" dog for any given lifestyle is the KEY factor :) SO BLESSED to have these amazing companions!!! At just 14m and just over 2yrs - we are only just getting started with our lives together!
