I am so DAMN mad trying to get animal control right now to help me help 2 young dogs in this poring cold rain with NO SHELTER chained to a fence. Called around 2:30 this afternoon and reported it then just drove by there again and it is poring about to get in my car with my rifle and go confront the people.. DONT worry just my anger talking, gosh hope they call me back shortly or I will call dispatch back again again again I MAY END UP IN JAIL but I DO NOT CARE so PISSED
