Just sharing info....... It is with great pleasure that I announce the expansion of our community mental health series offerings! In 2012 we launched our Essentials of DMH Paperwork workshop, and since that time over 700 people have attended the workshop. The workshop has received a great deal of praise from attendees and has been instrumental in assisting attendees in gaining successful employment in the public mental health sector. Ive taken both the Essentials and Navigating CMH workshops and they both definitely helped me find employment, know how to handle interviews, and maybe most importantly, helped me identify what to look for in a workplace. Beginning this year we will be offering continuing education units for licensed MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences for workshops in our Community Mental Health Series and our new Community Mental Health Diversity Series. Below you will find brief descriptions of upcoming workshops along with attached flyers that contain registration information. As you know, demand for these workshops is high, so I encourage you to register early. We will keep you updated as new offerings become available.
