I am so frustrated that cream cheese is up three dollars a block from just a couple of months ago! We are trying so hard to keep things LOW! I have raised my prices by five dollars per cheesecake once already in 12 months, after January if the price remains high I may have to bump up another 1.75 per cheesecake... Chocolate is up too because of a new import tax ;( This proves my point that when you are trying to do good the devil will attempt to throw a wrench in things. This last two weeks have been chaotic causing TWO missed shows... I am STICKING to my promise to offer a luxury item at an affordable price to our veterans no matter what. ;) Take THAT you nasty stinky devil! I have faith that one way or another the mortgage will get paid before the 30 day mark... 6 days left and counting, my hands are laced in prayer, we need our non Veteran clients and sales, and non-sliding fee tutoring clients to make it happen. I am hopeful.
