I am so glad I dont live anywhere near Tillmans Corner. I have put way too many people in jail over there. Especially on Three-Knotch Road. They would probably slash my tires. LOL Yesterday, my rookie and I were dispatched to a house off of Three-Knotch Road that I had been to on 2 occasions previously. On those 2 previous occasions we arrested somebody that lived there. Grandparents, 2 sons, and some of their children(grandchildren) all apparently live there together. The first time I went there it was because we had felony warrant for one of the sons. We arrested him. The 2nd time we went there it was because one of the grandchildren had a felony warrant and 3 misdemeanors. She was the niece of the son we previously arrested. Then yesterday, Grandma called us to come give her a report for someone shooting a bullet hole into her minivan. She didnt know who did it but we gave her a report for shooting into an unoccupied vehicle and reckless endangerment anyway. She wanted a report and there was a bullet hole so we gave her a report. No problem. As my rookie was asking them questions I asked granny and her other son who had not been previously arrested by us in the past for their IDs. I asked casually as if I was asking for the report we were writing. When we went to my car and my rookie started writing the report I said to him, every time I come over here I arrest somebody who has a warrant. Go ahead and run those 2 IDs. 10 bucks says one of them comes back with a warrant. Sure enough Grannys other son did. He had a misdemeanor warrant out of the county for Harassing Communications. This being the father of the female we arrested the previous week and the brother of the oldest son who we arrested a few months ago. LOL Once my rookie got done writing the report I said to him, lets go have some fun. As we went back into the house I looked at granny and said, here is your case number for the report for the bullet hole. I then looked at her son and said, and youre under arrest. I then turned him around, put the cuffs on him, and we took him to jail. LOL I then looked at my new guy I am training this month and said, thats how you do it rookie. LOL
