Hey gang, Dru here!! Well, the high school football playoffs are upon us!! Its a busy but yet exciting time for us here at Underdogs Radio. We got a busy schedule for the next week or so. Heres a rundown of what we got lined up. It all starts this coming Friday with a Division IV matchup, (10-0) Bryan Golden Bears vs. (10-0) Genoa Comets. Should be a very interesting game. Someone is going to lose for the first & last time the season. The following night, November 9th, we travel to Pemberville for a Division V matchup, the Coldwater Cavaliers (8-2) of the Midwest Athletic Conference, take on the (8-2) Eastwood Eagles. Coldwater is the defending Division V state champ, and they also hold the longest active steak of qualifying for the playoffs at 18 straight years. The Cavaliers have also made the state championship game 4 straight years, making them the first team in OHSAA history to play 60 games in a 4 year stretch!! Good luck Eastwood Eagles!! Then on Tuesday November 12th, we got media passes to cover the BGSU football game against the Ohio Bobcats!!!! How cool is that?!?! Underdogs Radio is going to the big time!! Well be down on the sideline & in the press box. Yours truly will be getting all the video & photos that I can!! Three days later well be out for Friday football & the second round of the OHSAA state playoffs. Where will we be? Well find out soon enough. And then on Saturday morning well be in Oak Harbor for the Nancy Leaser Cheerleading Invitational. Something different and a little changeup. Cheerleading is a sport, and we want to show them some love for all the hard work that they put in, not just for Friday nights, but for their own competitions!! As far as a football game for the that Saturday night, Im not sure yet. Either way its going to be really busy, fun, exciting, and at times hectic. A lot of writing for Jeff & Rick. And a ton of video editing for me!! Thats 6 highlight videos in one week!! So buckle up & stay tuned to our page here to get all the stories and highlights coming in the next week or so!! -Dru
