But I also think its important that you know where the money goes from the calendar sales and what we support. We are so much more than just cute, furry faces, although, really, where would we be without our ADogs? AddisonDogs is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit charity. Of course our original goals of education are of primary importance to us and money is spent to provide a minimum of six full pages of information in every calendar both specific and nonspecific to Addisons disease in out beloved pets. We continually strive to help educate the companion animal community about Addisons disease in our canine friends. Money also goes directly to ADogs in need throughout the year. AddisonDogs Assistance and Resource Fund (AARF) continues to provide emergency assistance to families in need of limited, temporary help with medical expenses paid directly to vets and/or pharmacies so we have complete accountability as to where the money goes. We have helped many families during their ADogs initial diagnosis or crisis or at times they needed a little extra help, all through the hard work of our many volunteers. So you see, we are not just about pretty, furry faces in an absolutely fabulous calendar! But without them we would not be this vibrant community united to helping them to live their lives to the fullest!
