I am so incredibly proud of my long time dear friend and sister Carolyn A. Brent-Hill for the magnificent sacrifice she gave as a caregiver for her dad and how she helped and encouraged me as I am a caregiver for my mom. Carolyn is a gifted speaker, author, motivator and wife and I love her dearly. I am looking forward to her new book as she continues to amaze me with all the forward thinking work she does to help people who are caregivers for family members and now shes helping people to help themselves to live a healthy lifestyle. She is a phenomenal giving woman and I wish the best for her in all her capacity to give back and help people in their daily growth and development to be happy, healthy and live a fulfilling life here and now. As in the title of her first book, Why Wait? The Baby Boomers Guide to Preparing Emotionally, Financially and Legally for a Parents Death, follow Carolyn in her upcoming new book, as she will help us eat right, exercise and be as healthy and beautiful as she is today for a long healthy life for you. I want to thank her again for all she does to help people. I know you were not expecting this from me but I am so proud of you and I was just lead to write this message.
