I am so proud of my husband and his 20 years of service to our country. He served in North Dakota, South Korea, South Dakota, Puerto Rico, Pennsylvania, Illinois, South Carolina, and Iraq. He worked as a Fuels Specialist, Marketing Director, Journalist and a Recruiter for the United States Air Force. He endured working in 20 below zero temps in ND, working 70 hour weeks as a Recruiter, countless hours in a full Chemical Weapon Suit with gas mask in Korea, and being shot at in Iraq. He spent many weeks away from his family on exercises and deployments. It is these type of men and women that we should be thankful for today. Some died for America and some lived a lifetime serving her.
