I am so proud of my sons Dikembe, Mekhi, and Caziah. We just came back from Edison, Ga. Where my children got baptized at Mt. Grove Missionary Baptist Church. My daddy always told me to raise my children up in the church and now that they have been baptized they ready to start working in the church. It was so nice and you could feel the love in the room surrounded by family and friends. Special thanks to a few people that took time out to share this moment with us: Rev. Kenneth Zachary, Mr. Marvin Shaw, Mr. Buddy Wright, Mr. Ken Dent, their Uncle Mr. Sammy Lockhart, their aunties Mrs. Gloria Ann Johnson, Mrs. Ree Lockhart and close friends of the family Mrs. Cornice Williams, Mrs. Shirley Gray, Mrs. Beverly Carr, the Mother of the Church Ms. Beck. And a very special thanks to my lovely mother Gwendolyn Idlett Sims and my stepdad Andrew Sims who always support my kids in whatever they do. Thank you Moma for sharing that with us. And to my children grandmother Terrie Lumpkin I sho hate you missed it cause it was so nice but I know if you were here you wouldve been there!
