I am so, so, so incredibly pleased that this ridiculous lawsuit is finally over AND that the plaintiff lost and my neighbors (the defendants, the Palazzos), won. This was a complete waste of money, time, emotion, etc. The plaintiff lives on one side of the Palazzos; I live on the other. In my experience, I heard Danny play the drums a few times per week, for about 15 - 20 minutes each time. He NEVER played the drums for the duration and/or frequency and/or during all hours as the plaintiff claimed. To this day, I cannot for the life of me figure out how the plaintiff experienced such a different reality, when we both live next to the Palazzos. So glad its over and that the Palazzos can put this nuisance behind them.
