I am so upset with this home loan. We closed on Halloween and were told to pay to this company ServiSolutions for our payment. We paid to them and received this notification from Homestreet Bank that we did not pay them (Homestreet) and they were charging a late fee and we owe a mortgage payment. I talked to Homestreet telling them we were told to pay to ServiSolutions so they contacted them and got our payment sent over and took away our late fee. Homestreet also said they wouldnt ding our credit. So four days ago I got a different notification saying that I owe Homestreet $1300 and they reported me to the credit bureau and I also got another notification from ServiSolutions saying I owe them $1300 because they didnt receive our first payment. We paid both our mortgages on time and I am infuriated. They were transferring our loan to ServiSolutions but they and Homestreet are both saying we owe them for the same mortgage.
