I am so very grateful for this! I am grateful for missionary lessons that helped to fill my heart with the goodness of the truth of the gospel. I am thankful for Sunday school lessons and Relief Society for their lessons, their love, their friendships and their inspired callings. I am grateful to all the LDS church has to offer by way of teachings and callings, fellowshipping that leads to friendships and the blessings therein. I am grateful for our Primary-Presidency and the children and teachers- for all that they have given to me by way of teaching, loving and caring. I am grateful for the Book of Mormon and the institute class that has helped me to further see not with my eyes alone but with my heart through my faith that all I have learned, am learning, and have yet to learn about the Book of Mormon is TRUE, that its great purpose has always been to work with the Bible, to enhance its teachings, to bridge our gap in comprehending that which The Lord would have us know, learn of and understand. The Book of Mormon was never meant to replace the Bible or its teachings but to give a further account of the Lords teachings in another land, a land you and I here in America know as home. So much, no, all that I have learned in the last roughly 18 months has grounded my faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father, it has made clear the questions I had within my heart. Never before has anything made such perfect sense to me and the more I learn the more I understand why it makes such perfect sense to me. I am grateful also and especially for the people who have helped me along the way, who continue to help me and those who dont even realize they have helped me. I am grateful for my faith in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Days Saints and there is nothing that I shall ever allow to change my heart on this for I know my faith is rightly placed in Jesus Christ and His teachings. I leave this with you in the name of our beloved Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
