I am sorry but the ice bucket challenge is stupid... The idea of people rallying behind a cause is not stupid but the idea of people blindly doing something only because others and famous people are doing it is stupid... The idea of rallying behind a cause because it is popular and actually knowing NOTHING about the actual cause is stupid... The idea of wasting clean water while millions around the world would do anything for that very water rather then the dirty and/or contaminated water they have is stupid... Before you all get mad and say that I have no heart and dont care... ask yourself how much you know about ALS and how you can really help? Ask yourself if you know anybody with ALS... I DO... I saw an amazing talented dear friend of mine slowly go from jumping on tables to talking out of a computer one letter at a time... if you cant look and deal with the reality of that... then dont pour cold water on your head in support of something you have no clue about... Doing a single action that will gain you social media attention is not caring... REAL ACTION is caring... real action on a consistent basis is caring...
