I am sorry i have to POST THIS AGAIN... Hello Farmington Community: Questions have arose about how I moderate this page. I have stated before that this is “Our” page, but in stating this, I feel it necessary to explain that in order to open communication lines for town discussion, someone needs to approve, deny and moderate. Without moderation, topics and debates can turn personal and/or overly hostile. I approve every post that I feel will stimulate a discussion in hopes to promote a positive change. As soon as a post has turned from a debate into an unproductive or overly abusive post, it will be deleted. As for the approval of members. I realize this is a touchy subject. Unfortunately, I will not be adding anyone to this site that continues to cause my friends and family heartache and ridicule. I also understand that you may not agree with this, and that is ok too, but ultimately I just can’t do it. I spend a lot of time and energy moderating, researching/promoting town event’s, and encouraging town participation. Running a site with varying opinions and touchy situations is already hard to do, but throw in the mix someone that has done everything they can to attack and undermine me, it is not worth it. In saying this, I hope that even if you don’t agree with the decision, you can respect my effort and understand my reasons. I will not be deleting anyone that disagrees with this post, but I also will not be changing my mind. If this is a deal breaker for you, I don’t want to see you go, but I will understand if you would chose leave the group
