I am staying with Vickie tonight at the hospital. Vickie had a rough Sunday afternoon - a few violent vomiting spells. They stopped the tube feeding for a while. The thought is that she could not digest the amount of formula being administered. The dr. put the central line in this morning and it seems to be working fine. This evening they began the tube feeding again. She also ate a few bites of jello and drank a small amount of grape juice. She is resting well at the moment. Dr. Kamath is planning to contact Dr. Graves, the oncologist, in the morning to discuss Vickies condition. Vickie cannot seem to gain any strength. Even though she has an appt. at MD Anderson on Monday, she may not be strong enough to make the trip. Please continue your prayers for Vickie and family. We need them. Thanks.
