I am still completely dumfounded by the arrogance of the Roscoe Township (and yes, unfortunately, we live in the township). Roscoe Township leaders have determined that their residents are NOT entitled to transportation services provided by Stateline Mass Transit. According to the Nurse Manager with my insurance company, who is overseeing my medical care, there are MANY grants available to cover the cost of this kind of service, so it possibly wouldnt even cost the Township to provide the service. And yet, they dont see the need. So I am left struggling to find transportation to doctor and physical therapy appointments without making my husband miss too much time off work - I dont want to put his job in jeopardy. ABSOLUTELY U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E.
