I am sure that many of you will not understand this (They dont accept or see there is discrimination or they dont understand it when they do see it.) or maybe not understand me for posting this. I may even be unfriended, but I feel so moved to share... You think you are unique, says the white lady to the black lady.This is sadly how some feel when a black person speaks out about racism or discrimination. In reference to others who are discriminated against; a tubby person can lose weight and a skinhead can grow his hair out, but a black person cannot change their skin color...Meaning the tubby person or skinhead can change their appearance and therefor not face this discrimination. If black people fight against racism they are criminalized. If you dont see this as being true then work on an ambulance in an inner city and run calls with the police department. Sorry, but my opinion based on what I have seen with my OWN eyes tells me this to be true. The SCHOOL TEACHER most of all did not get it even until the very end! And she teaches our youth!! One person said that its not racism that is the issue that there is a bigger picture. To me, there is BOTH! And one is not more or less worse, important, etc than the other.
