Bill had another good day; he was able to drive himself to his 11:30 appointment. His lab work counts are where they need to be; hopefully tomorrow he shouldnt have to have IV antibiotics. Bill will be extremely happy about no more sticks to his veins. His veins’ are not holding up to all the pokes. Usually he has a CVL line and doesnt deal with multiple pokes (not the fault of the RN’s). We had visitors this afternoon, Kimberly Kay Covington Burket and Pam Hamby from Home Away From Home came to visits us” Were subleasing one of the apartments from one of HAFH tenants. It was nice to catch up. Later on Kim invited me to go swimming (we visited while her two boys swam). Horace will be here tomorrow, I think Bill is excited to have some male bonding time (I pretty sure he is tired of talking about…… I don’t know things like “Project Runway” ect…..). It will be good to catch up with Horace. Praying Horace’s mom test results are negative of Myeloma (no signs of cancer). Missing our family, friends and work, praying the rest of the week goes uneventful…… “God is Good and tomorrow will be a better day”.
