Ok this is for everybody who said they cant see the feet that well in yesterdays video here is a close up video from yesterday as I stated B4 the foot is very important not only in training but in R daily lives and we dont use the feet 2R full potential and most us can benefit by training R feet and maybe changing the shoes we wear so we can prevent potential injuries and increase training performance on this video it covers almost everything that I was talking about last 3-4 weeks. Your feet must have great proprioception, ankle mobility, stability,strength, and toe strength if needed! Which is everything I been covering in my foot article the past several weeks. I know 4Sure if you have knee problems it could B from below the knees= ankle or above the knees= Hips and Ed Leong has knee pain and feet issues what I think abnormal feet. By fixing the feet you run better and increase performance have less knee pain and landing correctly will save impact on the knees. In my video I will credit my shoes and feet for my performance and my formal client John C Cy will blame his shoe 4 over pronation when doing his jump rope? My client Leroy AKA Steven Lee feet Will hurt from Jump Rope? Is this because he landing in correctly? If you watch his feet carefully you see he walks with feet rotated outwards so why is that? My dear old buddy Stan Chien whos feet will rotated outwards when he walks down the street which I observed 4 many years. This is for my Ladies clients who wear high heel shoes which cause plantar flexion and have feet problem because front of toes R mush together or cramming your toes into a narrow toe box can cause nerve damage and bunionsHigh heels may cause problems with knee,back, Achilles, bottom of feet hurting, and calves muscles. Lots of women cant Dorsiflexion their feet that well which cause problems when Squatting So lets pay attention to your feet and what its telling us!
