I am sure that most of you noticed the presence of police cars around our campus today. Just wanted to give you a quick update about what happened and to assure you that all is well and to let you know that the children at not time were in any danger. One of our maintenance men came to us this morning with a concern about some suspicious activity at the house directly across the street from the school. We called the police who responded within minutes. They investigated and took appropriate action. . We were in contact with the police continually and were assured there was no cause for alarm. The police were in the area most of the day doing a thorough search of the house. We know events like this are disturbing to all parents. Please know that we go to great lengths to keep your children safe and that we have established a very good relationship with our local police department so that if we feel uncomfortable about anything going on in the neighborhood we get a response within minutes.
