If you have txtd me in the last several days and not received a response, it is because your iOS device is trying to send the text via iMessage (blue chat bubbles), which I cannot receive on this device. Try deleting my phone number from my contact entry in your iPhone, turn the device off & turn it back on, then compose a new text message to my phone number (which you should make a note of *before* you delete it from my contact entry ;). Apple Support said you should also make sure you are running the latest version of iOS (7.1.1). It should be working if your device sends me txts in green chat bubbles instead of blue.
