I am the newest addition to the S.T.E.P. (Students in Transition - TopicsExpress

I am the newest addition to the S.T.E.P. (Students in Transition Educational Program) at the Salem-Keiser School District. I am a FT advocate for the homeless youth and families in the Salem area, and I will be coordinating, implimenting, and planning an after school program to meet the needs of the families in transition. Of course I will be implimenting creative movement arts, and other engaging activities that are often cut in the public school sector. I am estatic about this new life phase and I would love to speak with anyone who has interest or experience in the area. I will be searching for volunteers and interns... I actually get retirement, Summers off, and other school holidays, as well as a good living wage that I negotiated, and I get to work with a great group of people! I am feeling very blessed and grateful that my education and hard work has paid off.
