I am the owner of Spears Metal Wprks LLC !! We build all metal buildings, metal roofs, dirt work, cement work and all types of work!! All our buildings are custom built, any size available!! Basic package includes 1 all steel 3x7 walk door, 4 3000# cement floor with fiber mesh (no footing, some city codes require a footing and can be added at additional cost), however many openings for over head doors you want (not the actual doors), all 26 gauge sheet metal 40 year paint, windows, gutter and insulation available at additional charge.. Within 1 hour drive from Blair OK and building to be 30x30 or larger with 10 side walls $12.75 per square ft.. We will stay out of town for additional charge.. Smaller buildings available just have to charge more per square ft and taller buildings available at additional cost!! We use I-beam truss and c-purlin!!
